Micheal Cashion
President

As the President of PartnerData, Michael is responsible for setting financial and operational goals for the overall organization, as well as for driving strategy and execution to ensure all business units are well-positioned for goal attainment.

Prior to founding PartnerData in 2002, Michael was the V.P. of Business Development at Performics, a leading Search, Affiliate Marketing and Lead Generation company based in Chicago and founded in 1998. Michael joined Performics as the V.P. of Business Development in 1998, reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team. In this role, Michael managed the company's business development initiatives, new product development, and strategic vendor and distribution relationships. He also assisted the sales team in the acquisition and maintenance of key client relationships. By the end of Michael's tenure with Performics, the company had grown into a 100 employee-strong organization serving more than 50 clients, with approximately nine million dollars of venture capital from leading Chicago firms such as Tribune Ventures and Portage Ventures. Performics was subsequently acquired by Doubleclick (2004) and Google (2008).

Prior to his role with Performics, Michael held the position of Vice President in the New Business unit of The Signature Group, an $800 million direct marketing company headquartered in Schaumburg, IL. Michael joined The Signature Group in 1996 following the acquisition of T3, a telecommunications start-up founded by Michael in Dallas, Texas in 1995.

Before his start-up days, Michael was Vice President of Sales with First Health, a leading third-party healthcare administrator, and a top sales producer with UNUM, a Fortune 500 group disability and life insurance company.

Michael lives in Evanston, IL with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in the St. Athanansuis parish and he serves as both a coach and founding board member of the Evanston Youth Lacrosse Association.

Michael holds a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

 

Jeff Zweben
Executive Vice-President and General Counsel, Email/Data

Jeff Zweben, Executive Vice-President and General Counsel, Email/Data, heads up email operations and data licensing efforts for PartnerData. Prior to joining PartnerData, Jeff was at the law firm of Corboy & Demetrio. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found both JobsOnline, where he held several positions including Vice President of Sales and Business Development, as well as CustomOffers, where he served as Vice President of Acquisitions. In the latter role, it was his responsibility to increase subscriber volume through strategic alliances with marketing partners. Jeff also spent time at ConsumerBase, where he was responsible for generating new data products for the direct marketing industry and for developing and nurturing strong data license and list management partnerships with leading direct marketing companies.

Jeff graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned a J.D. from the John Marshall School of Law, and an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago.

 

Lisa Henthorn
Vice-President, Marketing/HR

Lisa joined PartnerData in 2009 as the Vice President, Marketing and Human Resources, and is responsible for executing the organization's growth strategy through both the marketing of PartnerData's suite of products and services as well as through the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies and processes.

Lisa is a seasoned marketing and H.R. professional with more than 16 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience. Prior to joining PartnerData, Lisa was a Principal Consultant with HR Solutions, Inc., where she propelled the organization's organic growth by effectively contributing to the sales, marketing and communication functions. In addition, Lisa oversaw large-scale consulting projects at some of the world's leading companies – researching, developing, and recommending strategies for increasing employee engagement at all levels of employment.

Lisa began her career in the employee benefits industry at MetLife, during which she consulted with large, national employers on the design, administration and marketing of their employee benefits plans. Lisa earned her B.A. in Marketing from Miami University, Ohio.

 

Clint Ruch
Vice President, Development

As Vice President, Development, Clint Ruch oversees the IT infrastructure of PartnerData. His role includes designing and implementing technology solutions to evolve PartnerData platforms and products in accordance with the company's objectives. He is also responsible for overseeing software development within PartnerData's technology department.

Clint formerly served as Team Leader of Critical Systems at L90, Inc., an online advertising network company based out of Los Angeles. While at L90, Clint redesigned their statistical analysis and reporting infrastructure as well as led web development on the company's flagship product, AdMonitor, a turnkey banner-ad serving solution for websites responsible for serving more than a million ads per month.

Additionally, Clint was the lead developer and manager of the development group for Big City Technology, a full service data management and email marketing publishing company based out of Chicago.

Clint graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in the Computer Information Systems curriculum.

 

Chris Mentzer
Director of Sales

Chris Mentzer, Director of Sales, is a 10-year online marketing veteran. He leads the sales and development efforts across PartnerData's Media and Data Licensing businesses, and is responsible for acquiring and cultivating multi-million dollar relationships with CPA/CPL advertiser clients and data licensing partners. He also acts as an advertiser liaison between PartnerData and her sister company, the LFM Network.

Prior to joining the PartnerData team, Chris was Sales Director at AzoogleAds, where he successfully worked with dozens of high-profile clients. He has also held sales positions with Atrinsic, Vendare Media, and ValueClick.

Chris graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
